Job Description

In the role of childcare worker at Skogsbrynet Preschool, you will be part of a work team that collaborates based on current governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work towards the children's development and learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a childcare education/diploma from the Child and Youth Program. You have good teamwork skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adapted to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional attitude towards children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to the children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
