About the role

As a Customer Assistant, you will become an important contact point for people with questions, thoughts, and practical matters. You guide, inform, and find solutions while handling the administration that follows each case.

The work is varied and includes among other things:

• Customer meetings at the reception, phone, email, and chat
• Handling of fault reports and ongoing cases
• Information regarding housing, queues, and rentals
• Contracts, terminations, and administrative tasks
• Key and tag management
• Payment-related questions and mail handling

You will become part of a team where collaboration, responsibility, and good treatment are at the center.

...are a person who keeps calm even when the pace increases. You have an easy time building trust, listen actively, and are solution-oriented. Meeting people with respect and care is a matter of course for you.

We would like you to have:

• High school education
• Experience from service, customer service, reception, retail, or similar
• Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

If you have worked with administrative tasks or different business systems, it is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to provide really good service weigh at least as heavily.

• Full-time on-site
• Weekdays according to schedule (07:00–15:30 or 07:30–16:00)
• Assignment starting in September 2026 for 12 months
• Long-term assignment with possibility of extension
