We place great emphasis on personal suitability, chemistry, and teamwork. Since you will be working in the user's home, it is important that you maintain a professional attitude. We prefer candidates who view the position long-term.

The role involves assisting a cozy and fun 20-year-old young man. He has a cerebral palsy (CP) injury and uses a wheelchair. Communication is limited, but this does not hinder his willingness and interest in expressing his thoughts, telling jokes, or choosing activities. Since he enjoys board games, video games, and swimming in the pool, it would be a bonus if you also enjoy these activities, as it allows you to be helpful and engage with him. In addition to leisure and fun, the role includes personal care, daily chores, lifting, exercise, stretching, and massage.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant. The position is for slightly over 76% and may start as an hourly employee during the introduction period. The assistance consists of double staffing around the clock as well as a wakeful night. It is a large team working together, so it is important that you enjoy being part of the group, where there is give and take, and mutual respect for differences. We have a supervisor who is available within the assistance team and works closely with the user and assistants. There is also close contact with a customer manager who is involved in the assistance and serves as the employer.

In addition to prioritizing the user's well-being, physical strength is beneficial due to the lifting involved. Medical knowledge is considered an asset. Overall, the role involves significant responsibility and requires clear communication.
