I am a 41-year-old woman who loves music, animals, and activities with energy and excitement. I am currently looking for a female assistant who has experience in personal assistance, care, and nursing work. You should be a non-smoker and possess qualities such as responsibility, calmness, empathy, the ability to understand others' perspectives, and attention to detail.

Good teamwork skills, openness, and the ability to take initiative are important. Knowledge or interest in alternative communication via iPad is a plus, as it is used in daily life. It is also crucial that you, as a person, can clearly separate work and private life.

The working hours are varied, including shifts during both day and evening, as well as 1–2 weekend shifts per month. The position begins with hours on an as-needed basis during an introduction period of 2–3 weeks, allowing us to get to know each other and ensure we work well together.

If we are a good match, you will be offered work for the remainder of the summer (July–August) at approximately 75% full-time equivalent, along with hours on an as-needed basis during sick leave. There are good prospects for a permanent schedule of 80–85% starting in the autumn.

A police certificate (extract from the criminal record) is required for this position.
