We are looking for a personal assistant for a young man with a big heart and unique needs.

About the position

This young man is in his late teens and has a significant need for support in his daily life. He uses a feeding tube for nutrition and communicates through body language, sounds, and assistive devices. You must be attentive, patient, and have an eye for detail to interpret his signals and needs.

The work involves, among other things:

• Personal care
• Tube feeding (training provided if needed)
• Cooking
• Assistance with communication
• Leisure activities and daily routines
• Being a calm and secure support in his life

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible, stable, and have plenty of patience
• Have experience or interest in working with people with disabilities
• Are not afraid to take responsibility in various situations
• Have a good understanding of alternative communication

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with tube feeding or similar care work.

• Working hours: Varying days, evenings, and every other weekend
• Location: Norrköping
• Start date: According to agreement
• Employment type: Hourly employment
