HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the choice act was introduced in 2009. People who have been granted home care and security alarms in Alingsås have the opportunity to choose HemTrevnad as the provider. We are located in almost all of Alingsås Municipality!

HemTrevnad also performs services covered by the RUT tax deduction.

Job Responsibilities

Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's implementation plan. Approved services can range from light activation, such as walking, to caring for people with significant care needs and advanced health and nursing services delegated by a nurse, as well as receiving alarms during day and evening hours. Health and nursing services are signed digitally on the mobile phone, and you document in Combine. Digital locks were introduced for all clients in Alingsås Municipality during the spring.

Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need, performed with high quality. The work involves team collaboration with other professional categories, and you need to have good cooperation skills. You should be able to handle the issues that arise in everyday life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.

Your work includes being a fixed care contact.

Qualifications

You have a certified nursing assistant education and must present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have a B driver's license. You master the Swedish language well in speech and writing.

You are a confident person and have the ability to perform your work with diligence, sensitivity, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of the puzzle in our operations, share our humanistic values, and have good communication skills. You have a good ability to act so that clients receive the best possible care and see the whole picture regarding the client. You perform your work in a trust-building manner.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

To work as a nursing assistant, 1500 upper secondary school credits and a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare are required.

An extract from the criminal record is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
