Welcome to our well-established and pleasant health centre unit in central Malmö. We are located in the popular Slottstaden area, with many nice lunch restaurants nearby and the sea within walking distance. Currently, 45 employees from various professions work here, and we have around 13,000 registered patients, ranging from elderly individuals to families with children. We maintain good staffing levels, and all patients have a named responsible physician.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are now welcoming a psychologist to Lundbergsgatan Health Centre in Malmö. As a psychologist here, you will work on conducting assessments and treatments for our patients. This includes both traditional cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and internet-based therapy. The clinical work varies according to the patient's needs, which can range from advisory conversations to longer-term therapies. We focus heavily on providing thorough assessments for our patients and delivering appropriate care according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines. We work extensively with a broad understanding of the various opportunities available internally, within specialist care, and in society at large, to help patients in the best possible way and provide the right type of intervention at the right level.

There are two psychologists working in close collaboration, practicing CBT. In addition to independent patient work, the psychologists meet once a week for team work where we conduct initial assessments and allocate patient cases. We also meet once a month for supervision with an external authorized supervisor. At the health centre, we have good cooperation between our different professions, with dedicated time daily for consultations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT and are eligible to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Previous work experience in primary care is meritorious. Experience and interest in starting and conducting groups, as well as an interest in working cross-professionally, are also seen as merits.

As a person, you are proactive and have a strong interest in both development and learning, as well as obviously in primary care. You can work both independently and in a group, and you value good collaboration where you contribute to cooperation by sharing your knowledge and experiences. Your commitment and positive attitude contribute to a good work climate, where we all work to achieve the best care quality for our patients. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and previous experience.

Interviews will be conducted on 2026-08-19 and 2026-08-20. Notification regarding interviews will be sent one week prior due to summer holidays.
