Are you a registered nurse interested in working night shifts? As a night nurse, you will be based at Industribyn in central Tomelilla and work independently during the night. The position includes weekend work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a varied and dynamic role involving everything from basic medical interventions to tasks requiring advanced medical equipment and technology. As a nurse, you will train and delegate tasks and responsibilities to the staff during night shifts. You are responsible for following up on and evaluating planned interventions.
We work in teams where various professions collaborate around the patients. The teams include care staff, unit managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses to ensure a holistic view of patient care. There is currently a development project underway within the operations to improve outcomes for our patients. You will have great opportunities to participate in this work and influence the forward development of the operations based on your knowledge and previous experience.

The desired working hours are approximately 60-100%. Other percentages can be discussed.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Further education as a district nurse or in elderly care is an advantage.
We are looking for you who want a varied job, take personal responsibility, and work independently. It is important that you have good empathy, strong collaboration skills, and can communicate with others in a listening and constructive manner.
The role also requires that you are secure and stable, have self-awareness, and can accept help when needed. You plan your work independently, which means you need to be able to organize and prioritize your tasks. If the situation requires it, you may need to change your plans, so it is important that you are flexible and can see opportunities in changes.
You are curious and positively inclined towards welfare technology and digital services in the field.
A category B driver's license is required, and you must be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing.
