We are a lovely team of about 20 people who together take care of our 5,400 registered patients – from the first visit to all stages of life. No day is the same here, and we love it! Our daily life is full of variety, collaboration, and laughter.

We are looking for a registered nurse (yes, you!) who can step in and save the day when needed – both during planned absences and when life happens unexpectedly. You are fully qualified, confident in your role, and enjoy taking responsibility – and perhaps you have an extra eye for teamwork?

Here, you get to do all the things nurses are great at: telephone advice, chat support, reception, health checks, and assessing acute patients. You work independently, but never alone – we like to think together! Every day we collaborate in teams with doctors and other professionals to give our patients the best possible care.

You are a registered nurse, preferably with a few years of experience – but most importantly, you are confident, both as a person and in your professional role. You have an eye for the patient's best interest and a working style that makes both colleagues and patients feel calm and cared for.

Have you worked at a primary care centre before? Great! Have you not? No worries – we are happy to teach you!

We believe you are a person who likes order and structure, but who can also ramp up when the pace requires it. You are flexible like a rubber band (but more structured), good at prioritizing, and like to take initiative. You are clear, trustworthy, and have a natural sense of quality – both in the meeting with the patient and in documentation.
