We now have the opportunity to welcome two nurses to our Adult Psychiatry Clinic for Psychosis in Lund! One position is permanent and the other is a temporary position lasting until 2027-08-31. Here, you will find exciting work in a changing organization.

Our mission is assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with psychotic disorders. Care interventions are adapted based on the patient's needs and the individual care plan. The treatment aims to support the individual in maintaining and/or regaining their functional capacity in various areas of life; personal care, housing, work/studies, and leisure. An important part of the treatment involves psycho-educational and psychosocial treatment methods, both in groups and individually. We view relatives as a very valuable and natural part of the treatment and offer support to them in various ways.

The Adult Psychiatry Clinic for Psychosis includes a First Episode Psychosis team (NIP) that works with the entire family/network. We work according to the F-ACT treatment model (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment). Each patient has a designated care contact who, together with the patient, creates an individual treatment plan. A key part of the work is collaboration with municipalities and care partners.

DUTIES

As a nurse, you will have a varied and exciting job where the patient is the focus. We offer an engaging and exciting work environment with colleagues who have long experience in psychosis care. You will receive a developing job, both professionally and personally, where development opportunities and direction are driven by the needs of our patients and their relatives.

You are responsible for the nursing care of the patients you are the designated care contact for and participate in medication, assessment, planning, coordinating care with other providers, and documentation in our medical record systems. For some patients, you are the responsible nurse and collaborate with the designated care contact. Here, we work in a cross-professional manner where we plan with the team the interventions that patients need. We work both at the clinic and make home visits.

As a new employee, we offer you an adapted introduction and shadowing based on your needs. You will also have a mentor for six months.

Working hours are weekdays 08:00–16:30 with a flexible agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the right to work in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Additionally, you have a valid B driver's license. If you also have specialist training in psychiatry, we view it as a positive. We would like you to have experience working in psychiatry, but we also welcome those with experience from other operations with a great interest in psychiatry.

We are looking for you who are structured and plan your work, while also having the ability to look up and see the whole in the operation. Furthermore, you are a person who can work independently and find solutions to various challenges that arise in the work.
