Job Responsibilities

In the role of physiotherapist, you are responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation efforts in our care and nursing homes. This involves promoting health, adapting the environment, and fitting assistive devices that increase individual independence.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Individualized rehabilitation: Conduct functional assessments and create rehabilitation plans that make a difference in daily life.
• Assistive Devices & Adaptation: Fit, adjust, and instruct on assistive devices to increase safety.
• Mentoring & Support: Educate and coach care staff to create a rehabilitative environment around the clock.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and unit managers for holistic solutions.
• Documentation: Ensure quality and follow-up according to current legislation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and want to work with people from an ethical and professional standpoint. You have education and/or experience in:

• Physiotherapy work within care and nursing
• Assessment, rehabilitation, and prescription of assistive devices
• Documentation and work in digital medical record systems
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission

You are welcome to have experience in:

• Work within municipal care
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers and actors
• Attitude towards different cultures and the cultural differences this entails

We believe you are a person who:

• Fluently masters the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Is confident in your professional role and has a good attitude towards others
• Has good collaboration skills and is easy to build good relationships with
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Has a genuine commitment to quality and individual participation
