Your role with us

As a physiotherapist in the Rehabilitation Unit, you are responsible for physiotherapeutic assessment, investigation, goal setting, and interventions. Interventions may include, among other things, exercise, supervision of patients, relatives, colleagues, and prescription of assistive devices. You work closely with other professions in the interdisciplinary team, where we together create security and involvement for the people we meet.

The positions are located at Stavre short-term rehab and district.

As a physiotherapist with us, you not only contribute your competence to the care work but also help shape how we organize and develop our work forward.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist or a student in semester 6, and who have a genuine interest in rehabilitation, activity, and involvement. You have a well-developed ability to plan and organize your work, you enjoy working in a team, you see opportunities in change, and you want to actively contribute to the development of primary care working methods in line with the vision of "Nära vård" (Close Care).

Since communication and documentation are part of your duties, you need good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of documentation in Lifecare HSL, Myloc, and Mina planer is meritorious. A category B driver's license is required.

This is who we are

The operations of the Care Administration are directed towards the elderly and persons who need functional support, as well as persons in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and housing facilities, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the Assistive Device Center in Eastern Skåne.

Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
