Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and staying at the forefront of technology? Here, you will lead a unit within advanced software development, working closely with both customers and employees, with a strong focus on collaboration, development, and long-term sustainability. Your Role as Head of Unit in Software

We are looking for someone driven by the desire to develop both employees and business relationships. Within the unit, we work with software development for embedded systems, system integration of complex software systems, and data science. Our primary markets are within telecommunications and the defense industry. We primarily drive larger in-house projects, but also have consultants working on-site with clients.

As Head of Unit, you lead and develop your own unit within the business area. The units currently consist of approximately 20 employees working with system integration and software construction for embedded systems. We work agilely with cross-functional teams, and one of your key focus areas is to build and coach your teams, helping them grow both in competence and as a group, becoming high-performing and self-organizing teams. You will also help them develop their ability to collaborate with the entire organization and the customer.

The role involves driving the consultancy business within the unit, which includes business and personnel responsibility, recruitment, and developing customer relationships. You will be part of the business area's management group consisting of 12 managers, where we collaborate closely and jointly drive the development of the entire business area.
