The Secretariat Unit is part of the Child and Adolescent Health Centre in Sundsvall. We run an exciting and broad operation including emergency care, day care, telephone advice, nurse-led clinics, and doctor-led clinics. We see patients with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and handle investigations based on referrals from, for example, primary care. The County's Child and Adolescent Medicine operations are located in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. In Sundsvall, in addition to the Child and Adolescent Health Centre, we also have Child and Adolescent Ward 44, Newborn Ward 45, Play Therapy, and the Medical Unit.

Our current employee is moving to another county, and therefore we are looking for a medical secretary for our operation. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date according to agreement.

In your role as a medical secretary, dictation writing in Cosmic is included, which we prioritize. The work may also include:

• Mail handling
• Referral handling
• Usual tasks for a medical secretary
• Appointment books
• Other administrative tasks

Here you work Monday to Friday approx. 7:30 - 16:30. When you are trained and independent, there is an opportunity to work from home one day a week.

We are looking for you who

• Have education as a medical secretary
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience with the medical record system Cosmic
• Have previous work experience with dictation writing
