Gnosjöandans Kunskapscentrum (GKC) is a small school with a big heart, beautifully located near the Töllstorp outdoor area. Here, we offer education and learning in national upper secondary programs, introduction programs, and adult education in bright and modern facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference for the future of young people. You have experience from the sales and service industry and wish to share your knowledge. You will teach students in our Sales and Service program and serve as a mentor.

You will be part of a program team with two other colleagues with long experience in the teaching profession. You will work as a team, supporting each other. The role involves actively working with students' workplace-based learning and collaborating with companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

For us, a key qualification is that you want to make a difference for our students. Therefore, we are looking for you who:

• Have experience from sales, service, or other operations with a strong customer and business focus.
• Are a relationship builder who thrives in collaboration and contributes to a positive culture.
• Have a genuine interest in the development and learning of young people.
• Are engaged, responsible, and wish to contribute to developing the education together with your colleagues.

Have you not worked as a teacher before? This could be an opportunity for you. We welcome you who have experience from, for example:

• Purchasing and procurement
• Marketing and communication
• Inbound sales, customer service, or retail
• Social media and digital marketing
• Bookkeeping, economics, or business administration
• Other professional roles within trade, service, and business development

If you have built valuable professional experience and feel that you want to inspire young people, share your knowledge, and try the teaching profession, we would be happy to see your application. QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE MERITORIOUS

• Experience in pedagogical work, supervision, or leadership
• Vocational teacher degree and/or teacher certification
• Networks within the business community

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-06 Or by agreement.
