Campus Gislaved offers education in Anderstorp and Gislaved. We educate approximately 1,400 adults every year with a wide range of offerings; everything from Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) to university-level courses. We focus on educating for work in collaboration with business and public operations in Gislaved Municipality.

Campus Gislaved currently offers education within the industrial sector in welding, automation, and maintenance technology. The education is conducted as apprenticeship training at the upper secondary level, combined education, and University College level vocational education. There is ongoing development work where the establishment and development of courses are continuous.

Campus Gislaved is looking for an engaged and competent vocational teacher within the industrial sector for our adult education. We want to strengthen our already experienced teaching staff and are looking for you who are passionate about education and have a solid background in the industry.

About the position

As a vocational teacher, you will work with both theoretical and practical teaching within our industrial program and with students at the University College level. You will inspire and support adult students in their learning and development.

Qualifications

Extensive professional experience within the industry, preferably with in-depth knowledge in CNC and ISO. Experience in automation and maintenance technology is an advantage. Previous experience in pedagogical work, and the ability to convey knowledge in an inspiring way. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to see others grow and develop. Good teamwork skills and an outgoing personality that can meet both students and colleagues where they are, taking into account their different strengths and backgrounds.

We value good pedagogical ability and would like to see that you have experience working with adult students. You are adaptable and have the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
