Job Description
Do you want to be part of creating life-changing change for vulnerable people? Then the role of Treatment Pedagogue at SiS is a meaningful challenge. As a Treatment Pedagogue, you work in a team together with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that the clients living with us receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. We often encounter people in crisis, which means you work with qualified nursing and motivational work, as well as providing support in daily life. With the support of your knowledge in care and treatment work, you actively contribute to the completion of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work, contributing to legal certainty, planning, and follow-up of our operations. You contribute to maintaining safety according to our routines and help ensure daily life runs smoothly with cleaning, cooking, and more. Being a contact person is also one of your duties. The work may also involve supervising new employees and interns. This is a job for you who sees a positive challenge in working with vulnerable people in difficult life situations. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.
Our vision is to be a place for change, and this permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitude.
To strengthen our operations, we are expanding our basic staffing. We are now seeking employees for scheduled shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.
As a new employee, you will undergo SiS's basic training. The training combines theory with supervised introduction and prepares you for the treatment role in SiS operations.
Qualifications
To succeed in your work, you have a solidly grounded positive view of humanity. You are motivated to help people in vulnerable life situations and share SiS's core values, being a place for change. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation among our clients. As a person, you are secure in yourself and easily build relationships with clients as well as with other staff members. You have good communication skills and can maintain your calm even in pressured situations. You find it easy to collaborate with others and can handle conflicts constructively.

Meritorious experience includes:
- Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., work within psychiatry or LSS care
