The Maintenance Department is in an exciting phase of development and is now strengthening its operations. Therefore, we are looking for more employees who want to contribute to our continued development.

Your role with us

We are looking for a Renovation Coordinator for our Maintenance Department. In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving customer dialogue in our larger renovation and reconstruction projects. You will become a key person for both tenants and the project organization, holding overall customer responsibility throughout the project.

Most of our projects are carried out with tenants remaining in their homes, which places high demands on communication, structure, and coordination. You work closely with project managers, contractors, property managers, and other internal functions to ensure that tenants receive the right information, support, and conditions before, during, and after the implementation of the projects.

The role involves significant personal responsibility and many points of contact, where you contribute to creating security, trust, and a good experience for our customers.

Your main tasks:

• Be the primary contact person for tenants throughout the project
• Plan and implement information campaigns, consent processes, and other customer communication prior to project start
• Coordinate access, evacuations, and other tenant-related activities during the project's execution
• Handle customer cases and support tenants with questions related to ongoing renovations
• Ensure effective collaboration between tenants, contractors, and the project organization
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes for customer handling in our renovation projects

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high school diploma in a relevant area
• Experience in a coordinating role with many points of contact, where planning, coordination, and follow-up have been a natural part of the work
• Experience in customer contact and communication, as well as the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience in independently driving and coordinating several parallel activities or assignments simultaneously
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Additional qualifications include experience from the real estate or construction industry and experience working with tenants remaining in their homes during ongoing ROT (Repair, Alteration, and Extension) projects.
