About the Position

We are currently seeking 5–6 personal assistants for a man in his 40s with extensive care needs. At the client's request, we are primarily looking for female assistants. You will work closely with the client and be a vital part of his daily life, enabling him to live as independently as possible. The client has significant support needs and requires assistance with all aspects of daily living.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal care
• Mobility and transfers
• Tube feeding
• Suctioning
• Tracheostomy care and hygiene
• Continuous supervision

Some tasks require double assistance and close collaboration with colleagues. Previous experience in personal assistance, healthcare, or social care is advantageous. Experience with tracheostomy (trach), tube feeding, and catheter care is particularly desirable. Knowledge of Dari or Persian is also a plus. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Hours and Employment Type

We are looking for several assistants and offer shifts during the day, evening, and night. Therefore, we prefer candidates who are flexible and can work varying hours. Initially, we are seeking temporary hourly workers, with the possibility of a permanent position and fixed schedule if the collaboration proves successful.
