Assignment Period: 2026-09-01 to 2026-12-31
Other: The position requires a passed security clearance and drug test prior to the start of the assignment.

About the Assignment

As a Quality Technician, you will serve as a crucial back-office support for partners and internal functions, while also maintaining contact with suppliers regarding deviations, complaints, and quality defects. You will work systematically with analyses, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives, actively contributing to strengthening quality processes and supplier quality. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, and travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess cases involving suspected deviations.
• Gather facts and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Evaluate scope, severity, and priority.
• Decide on corrective actions.
• Convene and lead cross-functional quality meetings.
• Handle complaints and supplier contacts.
• Perform inspections of incoming materials.
• Participate in and drive improvement work within production quality.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have a university degree in Quality Engineering or Production Engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience from the production industry. You have practical experience in quality work and a good understanding of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.

You are an analytical and driven problem solver who thrives in a role where you act as the "hub" of operations. You work in a goal-oriented and structured manner and communicate easily with different functions within the organization.

To qualify, we look for:

• Relevant university education.
• Experience in quality work within industry or production.
• Understanding of technical documentation and records.
• Experience in deviation management and Root Cause Analysis.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with business systems, e.g., SAP.
• Good skills in Excel.
