Are you meticulous, analytical, and experienced with SAP and master data? As a Material Master Data Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring high data quality and efficient information flows within an exciting industrial operation.
About the assignment
In this role, you are responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of material master data, with a primary focus on SAP. You will work daily in SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft 365, collaborating with various parts of the business. The position involves both operational tasks and opportunities to contribute to improvement work and process development. You will work closely with functions such as design, order engineering, purchasing, and delivery to ensure correct and efficient information flows.
Assignment period: 2026-09-14 - 2027-03-31
Location: Finspång
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the quality of material master data in SAP.
- Ensure accurate and updated information in business systems.
- Work operationally in SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft 365.
- Conduct analyses of large datasets to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with adjacent functions within the organization.
- Participate in and eventually lead process development within the master data area.
- Contribute to efficient and quality-assured information flows.

Competency Requirements
- Experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience in logistics, planning, or master data management.
- Good system proficiency and experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience in analyzing data and working structured with data quality.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamcenter.
- Experience with Qlik Sense or Tableau.
- Experience in process development and improvement work.
