Outside Kolsva
Working Hours: Sundays 19:00–08:00 on-site, and every other Thursday 17:00–08:00. (Sleep-on-call duty between 23:00–06:30)
We are looking for a personal assistant for night shifts for a young woman with diagnoses of CP, ADHD, and autism.
We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and structured, and who uses a low-affective approach in their interactions. You thrive with clear routines and can create a predictable and stable environment.
The evenings are calm and follow recurring routines, which requires presence, responsibility, and respectful interaction.
You must have a good view of humanity.
We would like you to:
- Have experience or interest in low-affective interaction.
- Be calm, secure, and structured in your approach to work.
- Have a driver's license.
- Be accustomed to dogs, as there is a dog in the home.
