About the position
At Olivia, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our clients in Västerås. Here you have the opportunity to work between 65-71%. Work may take place during the day and in the evening, scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.
Start date is by agreement.
About the client
In our services, we have clients looking for personal assistants who can help them with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as during meals, but also with mobility where some lifting may be required. With some of our clients, various aids may be available on site depending on the individual client's needs.

- Manual driver's license

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so ordering should be done well in advance.
