About the role
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment as well as permanent recruitment to Telia in the long run.

💼 Responsibilities
As a support agent, you are responsible for the initial contact with Telia's private customers. Through incoming calls, you help customers with technical questions, primarily regarding broadband and telephony. You listen to the customer's needs and inform them about Telia's service offerings to deliver the best solution. This makes upselling a natural part of the conversation, with the goal of achieving good service and high customer satisfaction. You work towards set goals and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system.
At the start, you are offered comprehensive training together with your team, where you get all the tools to feel confident in your role. You have a continuous dialogue with your closest manager to receive support in your daily work and take the next step in your development.
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Find solutions to customers' questions and problems
- Upselling by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that fit the customers' needs
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- Very good sense for service
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
To thrive in the role of support agent at Telia, you should have a good sense for service and be motivated by delivering solutions based on customer needs. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are attentive and empathetic in your interactions. The role requires you to take personal responsibility for driving your work forward.
