STC is one of Sweden's largest gym chains with over 250 gyms and a wide range of fitness and group training offerings. We provide a modern training environment, equipment from world-leading suppliers, and knowledgeable staff, all to create the ultimate meeting place for people of all ages. We agree with the WHO, the Public Health Agency of Sweden, and government investigators: we sit still too much. Obesity is increasing, and mental health issues such as depression are becoming more common. But there is a simple solution that works wonders for both body, heart, and brain – movement! But we need your help!

We are now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) for our gym in Ronneby who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members.

Your Mission

As a Personal Trainer, you are a key figure in our members' fitness journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and follow them all the way to success. You are as much a coach as a motivator, and the salesperson's mindset is naturally there – you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people.

In your role, you actively drive the sales of PT services and work on building your own client base. You collaborate closely with the gym team and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting individual training sessions with high quality and customized setups for each member.
  • Actively selling and marketing PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym hosts.
  • Following up on client results and adapting training based on their development and needs.
  • Participating in events, trial classes, and other activities that increase the visibility of your services.
  • Being a good ambassador for STC's values and contributing to a positive gym culture.

Working hours may vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about training, loves motivating others, and wants to work with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are accustomed to working with goal-oriented management – both for your clients and yourself.

You are professional, service-oriented, and see every contact with a member as an opportunity to create value. You are also accustomed to selling and are driven by both helping others and building your own PT business.

Requirements:

  • Completed an approved FRISK-licensed PT education.
  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a high service level.
  • Strong sense for sales and quality.
  • Are flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing).

Why STC?

If you want to be part of an exciting growth journey and get the chance to play a key role in an organization that truly makes a difference in people's lives, then STC is the company for you. We have a strong culture where we share the passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, but we also value having fun together!

Does this sound like a job for you? Then we are very interested in knowing a bit more about you. We will conduct ongoing selections until we find our new star!

If you have questions or thoughts about the position, you are welcome to contact Emma Wikingsson at [email protected]
