Job Responsibilities

As a teacher in the after-school center (fritidshem), your role includes ensuring quality and working according to the curriculum for after-school centers. You will work together with our preschool teachers and student assistants in the after-school groups, planning and implementing activities tailored to our children.

Since our children need structure and routines, one of our development projects is focused on continuing to develop our work with structure, schedules, and visual supports at the after-school centers. During study days, you will lead further training activities for the after-school center staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a teacher in the after-school center or a youth worker/pedagogue and who want to lead the development of our after-school center operations. You are familiar with and have knowledge of the curriculum for the after-school center, and have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The role requires good ability to collaborate with other professions, as well as the ability to overview, plan, and independently carry out your tasks. You are a positive and engaged person who is passionate about after-school center activities. Since the work mainly takes place at the organizational and group levels, it is important that you are confident in your professional role but also in leading colleagues. It is also important that you are interested in contributing your experience and knowledge to our systematic quality work.
