What we offer you

NTI School is looking for staff in Karlskrona. The work is on-site, and you will be involved in the launch of our local office together with our examination organization. The position is planned to cover approximately one working day every other week, with some variation over time.

The tasks can be handled by one employee or shared between several employees, depending on competence. The tasks consist of three main components:

• Oral National Exams: Conducting and planning the oral exams, which requires certification in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and English.
• Written National Exams: Conducting and administering written exams. As an invigilator, you are responsible for ensuring that students take their exams in a legally secure manner, checking that the person taking the exam is registered for the current test and holds valid certification, informing them of the rules at the time of writing, supervising the writing, and ensuring the exam is submitted correctly. These parts do not require certification.
• Other tasks: Handling course literature that students can pick up at the exam venue and some responsibility for the premises.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have one or more of the following competencies:

• Teacher certification in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and English.
• Experience in administration and familiarity with handling systems, documentation, and routines.
• Desire for a part-time job.
• Flexibility and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Previous experience in conducting national exams.
