WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for new employees for our Flight Technology Education program.

You are expected to be involved in and take significant responsibility for the development of both individual courses and the school as a whole.

We are looking for a flight technician/instructor/vocational teacher to teach future aviation and helicopter technicians, who wants to contribute to developing the education and the school.

The school operates as a unit, so even if you are primarily placed within one of the education tracks, the work assignments may include both upper secondary students and university college students.

Your work tasks will consist of planning and conducting education and practice based on national and international regulations regarding Flight Technology Education. You will also be involved in the school's various development projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are development-oriented and have good knowledge within the flight technology field. It is an advantage if you have experience from educational activities and working with young people, preferably in practical situations.

We also value industry experience and good ability to communicate with representatives of other organizations within the industry.

We value your ability to collaborate and contribute to creating a positive and creative work climate. As a person, you are secure, stable, and communicate clearly with students and employees.

In your work, you plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.

You have:

• a certificate as a flight technician, or alternatively hold comparable competence.
• knowledge of international aviation regulations, primarily EASA Part-145/66/147.
• several years of experience from maintenance and/or manufacturing of helicopters and/or aircraft.
• experience from aircraft maintenance, civilian and/or military.
• good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have:

• worked in flight technology operations for at least five years, including two years as a certified technician according to EASA or EMAR-SE.
• experience from civilian aircraft maintenance.
• experience from helicopter maintenance.
• experience from educating young people, both theory and practice.
• worked with avionics/flight electronics.
• hold or have held a Part 66 certificate, category B1 and/or B2.
• have a degree from teacher education at a university/university college.
• have experience from project work, preferably in a leading role.

However, we do not expect you as an applicant to be meritorious in all the above areas!

You have good collaboration skills and a burning interest in driving the operations forward. Great importance is attached to social skills and personal suitability.

Since you will need to move between our operations, a B-driving license is a requirement.

The work is located in the F 17 area, and therefore you need to be a Swedish citizen.
