Your new workplace

Hästö Preschool is located approximately three kilometers outside of Karlskrona center, with proximity to the sea, forests, and direct access to Wämöparken with all its learning opportunities.

Hästö Preschool consists of five departments, all working to allow children to develop their identity, curiosity, and desire to play and learn.

Four departments are located in the preschool's main building. Solvändan and Lyckan are our youngest children's departments, while Skogsviolen and Sjövik are our middle-aged children's departments. In the adjacent pavilion, you will find Droppen, which is our oldest children's department.

Who are you?

We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher who wants to contribute to creating a high-quality preschool operation and is open to new working methods. You have a strong work ethic, are responsible, engaged, and wish to develop in your work. You see opportunities when it comes to driving the preschool's pedagogical operations forward. In your work, you collaborate easily and are clear in your role as a preschool teacher.

You are a person who is well-versed in our governing documents. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability. We have high demands regarding, among other things, interaction and action competence.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3–6 months.
Start date: 2026-08-03 or by agreement.
End date: 2026-12-31.
Working hours: Daytime.
