Responsibilities
As a teacher in the lower secondary school (grades 4-6), you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on current guidelines. You create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment where students' knowledge development and social development are in focus.
The role includes:
- Planning and conducting teaching in accordance with the curriculum (Lgr22)
- Assessing, documenting, and following up on students' knowledge development
- Adapting teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites
- Actively working with extra adaptations and special support when needed
- Creating good relationships with students and contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues in work teams and participating in the school's development work
- Maintaining regular contact and cooperation with guardians
- Participating in and contributing to the student health team's work when needed
- Working with value-based issues and promoting students' social development
You are also expected to contribute to collegial learning and be involved in developing the school's pedagogical operations and systematic quality work.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility for teaching in grades 4-6. You have good knowledge of the school's guidelines and experience in planning, implementing, and following up on teaching with a focus on students' goal fulfillment.

- Have a teaching license with eligibility for lower secondary school (grades 4-6)
- Have good didactic skills and can adapt teaching to students' different needs
- Are confident in assessment and grading according to current guidelines
- Have good digital competence and can use digital tools in teaching
- Have the ability to create structure, clarity, and study peace in the classroom
- Are a clear leader with good relational competence
- Have good collaboration skills and contribute actively to the work team
- Communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish
It is meritorious if you have experience working with extra adaptations and special support, and if you have previously participated in development work in schools.
