WORK ASSIGNMENTS

Hulta Preschool is seeking preschool teachers who are development-oriented and work on a scientific basis. We are looking for you who have good knowledge of current research and wish to contribute to sustainable education.

You should have the preschool's value base and view of knowledge in focus, and together with colleagues, you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and developing teaching in accordance with the preschool curriculum.

Our vision is that the preschool should be the children's arena where we develop together and create new knowledge, where the children's right to participate in a hopeful and sustainable future is the foundation of the democratic work that guides us in the preschools.

This means that you utilize children's experiences, questions, and initiatives as the starting point for teaching. You work to ensure that children are given real opportunities for participation and influence in education, and contribute to developing a working method where exploration, communication, and meaning-making are at the center.

You contribute to designing accessible, inclusive, stimulating, and exploratory learning environments that enable children's different ways of expressing themselves and participating in joint learning processes. In teaching, different knowledge areas and perspectives are integrated to create context and deeper understanding.

The assignment includes leading and developing teaching, working with pedagogical documentation as a basis for analysis and further development, and actively contributing to systematic quality work. You collaborate with colleagues and guardians and participate in collegial learning to strengthen the quality and equity of education.

We offer you a preschool with proximity to nature, which gives unique opportunities for children to study ecological processes up close and develop ecological literacy. In our atrium, we actively work with gardening, plants, and animals to promote understanding of biodiversity and sustainable development.

With us, aesthetic learning processes and language-promoting work are part of the teaching. Together we shape and develop an operation based on a co-researching working method, where teaching starts from the children's interests and takes place in a playful and meaningful way.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. Other pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent may also be relevant for fixed-term employment. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and mission.

You have experience in planning, implementing, following up, and developing teaching, and use pedagogical documentation, systematic quality work, and digital tools as natural parts of your work. You create learning environments that stimulate children's development, participation, and learning.

As a person, you are responsible, collaboration-oriented, and relationship-building. You collaborate well with children, guardians, and colleagues, and actively contribute to the development of the operation and collegial learning.

It is meritorious if you have experience with language-promoting working methods and education for sustainable development. An extract from the criminal record register must be presented upon employment.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 10/8 or as agreed.
