A real gem

Smultronstället Preschool is a real gem. We offer beautiful outdoor environments with nature at your doorstep and a lovely view over Lake Sillhövden. The preschool has four departments: Blomman, Bladet, Bäret, and Strået.

This autumn, we are launching a ULF project (Development and Learning Focus) with Linnaeus University within the framework of Play-Responsive Teaching. There are fantastic opportunities for professional development. We are certified in the Green Flag program and work extensively with TAKK (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), AKTIVT, and a low-affective approach to interactions. We recently completed training with Bo Hejlskov.

The preschool is relatively newly built and renovated, providing spacious and airy premises filled with light. We have a large outdoor yard with many exciting activity opportunities. We maintain close cooperation with the school, the library, Allhall, and the elderly care home Smörblomman.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you want to contribute to creating a high-quality preschool operation and are open to new working methods. You have a strong work ethic, are responsible, engaged, and wish to develop in your work. You see possibilities for moving the preschool's pedagogical operations forward. In your work, you collaborate easily and are clear in your role as a preschool teacher.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in our governing documents. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability. We have high demands regarding, among other things, interaction skills and operational competence.

• Willing to contribute to a high-quality preschool operation
• Engaged, responsible, and development-oriented
• Good collaborative skills and secure in your professional role
• Familiar with current governing documents
