Join our Mystery Shopper team!
The role involves conducting anonymous checks at concerts and festivals to ensure high quality and excellent service from our sales staff. The tasks are simple but require attention to detail and seriousness. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and good with people. You take responsibility, read through the instructions before the assignment, and ensure everything is done correctly – on time and according to plan.
When you register in our database, you become part of our Mystery Shopper team. You will receive assignment offers and choose yourself whether to accept or decline each time. Assignments usually take place in the evenings and typically last 1–2 hours, including reporting. Compensation is paid per assignment. This is a perfect side job for you who have another occupation and/or are studying.
