We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a Personal Assistant in Falkenberg and the surrounding area!
What does this role involve?
You will become one of the employees in a small work group that together creates that little extra for our customers within personal assistance. The work is carried out in our customers' private homes around Falkenberg Municipality. Our customers are children, young people, women, and men with various functional variations. We are looking for you who feel confident supporting people in different life situations.
In this role, you will primarily provide support to two elderly women through shorter assistance interventions. The work is performed both independently and together with a colleague acting as a double assistant. Your working days consist of a combination of planned visits and interventions that may arise with short notice, meaning you need to thrive in a varied and flexible workday.
The duties include personal care, transfers, household chores, and support with various daily activities. You drive between customers, which means a Category B driver's license is required.

We would like you to:
- Have experience working as a personal assistant or in a similar care profession (meritorious).
- Be positive, empathetic, and flexible.
- Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- Be non-smoking during working hours.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Other information
Employment type: Fixed-term employment
Scope: Part-time position (major part)
Working hours:
- The hours are 09:00 – 21:00 with breaks during the workday.
- The schedule rotates over four weeks, and you work:
- Week 1: Thursday and Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Week 3: Tuesday and Thursday
- Week 4: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Start date: August, with the possibility of starting gradually in July.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
