Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area. They are now looking for an experienced electrician or lead technician who wants to take on a coordinating role and support the operations part-time.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the role

In this role, you will be a valuable resource for the business and serve as a support to both technicians and project management. The focus is on planning, coordination, and follow-up rather than practical installation work.

You will mainly:

• Coordinate and distribute work orders on-site at projects
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure work proceeds according to plan
• Provide support to technicians and foremen in their daily work
• Visit projects and work sites to monitor quality, progress, and working environment
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects and service orders

This is a role where your experience is your most important tool.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as an electrician, lead technician, foreman, or similar
• Has a good understanding of projects, service, and installation work
• Thrives in planning, coordinating, and creating structure
• Is self-reliant, responsible, and has a natural ability to collaborate with others
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

We would prefer if you are retired or looking to scale back your career, but the most important thing is that you want to remain part of the industry and share your experience.

Additional information

Start: According to agreement

Scope: Part-time, approx. 25–50% or according to agreement
