About the role

As a Group Leader, you play a central role in the operational activities. You lead and support a team of security guards while ensuring a safe, secure, and professional delivery to the customer.

You act as a natural point of contact for both employees and customers, contributing to structure, engagement, and strong team cohesion.

Since the position is based on night shifts, you become a key person in the operations with significant responsibility for leading the work, making decisions, and ensuring smooth delivery when it is needed most.

In this role, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting the group's security guards in their operational work
• Ensuring that work is performed according to routines, instructions, and quality requirements
• Following up on deviations, incidents, and reporting
• Contributing to planning and staffing in the operations
• Serving as a role model in security, service, and customer interaction
• Working for continuous improvements and a safe working environment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Security Guard Training (VU1 and VU2)
• High school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Clean financial record, drug-free, and no criminal record

Merits

• Previous experience as a group leader, supervisor, or other leadership role
• Experience from the security or guarding industry
• Experience in customer contact and personnel planning
