We are looking for an employee to be placed at the general psychiatric clinic in Lindesberg.

The position includes standard tasks for a medical healthcare administrator, including but not limited to medical documentation, patient administration, billing, mail handling, and administrative support to other professional groups. The work is highly varied and offers close collaboration with all professional groups within psychiatry.

You must be able to work independently, be solution-focused, and maintain a professional attitude. Contributing to the organization's development and change projects is seen as a natural part of your role.

Training as a medical healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or physician's secretary is required. You should have good proficiency in Swedish, be service-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess strong teamwork skills. You are good at building positive relationships with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team.

You are open to development and enjoy working towards continuous improvements in operations as well as developing in your professional role. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The Psychiatry Department provides both emergency and planned care in outpatient and inpatient settings. We have administration at Örebro University Hospital, Karlskoga, Hallsberg, and Lindesberg, as well as at several service points within Örebro Municipality. Healthcare administration is a central function in our operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. The Psychiatry administration consists of approximately 60 medical healthcare administrators distributed among three unit managers.
