You will step into a technologically advanced environment within unmanned aerial systems (UAS), where project management, product development, and delivery-oriented coordination go hand in hand. Here, you will play a central role in holding work packages together in a business where products are complex and progress is created through close collaboration between several functions.

As a sub-project manager, you will become part of the Program Management team and work closely with client project managers and other project managers. This role suits you if you thrive on creating structure in contexts where not all details are set from the start. You need to quickly grasp both technical and organizational issues, build trust, and ensure that work moves forward with clarity and focus.

• You drive and follow up on assigned work packages from planning to implementation and review.
• You are responsible for keeping time, technology, and cost in check within your work packages.
• You collaborate closely with client project managers and other project managers to ensure clear steering and good coordination.
• You build a strong internal network across several functions to create the right prerequisites in projects.
• You contribute to ensuring that the organization's combined competence is used effectively in the development work.
• You create clarity, structure, and progress in a project environment with high technical complexity.
• You move between technology, planning, follow-up, and dialogue with stakeholders without losing the overall perspective.

• Relevant post-secondary education, such as University College (YH) or university degree, in project management, technology, or leadership, or equivalent relevant experience from project management or a similar role.
• Previous experience leading development projects.
• Very good ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Structured and self-driven working style.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with technically complex products.
• Experience from aerospace, defense industry, UAS, advanced product development, or other regulated technical environments.
• Experience driving work packages with responsibility for time, technology, and cost.
