Your Role

Do you want to work with quality assurance of defense materiel? Then this is the job for you! As a Measurement Operator, you will work to ensure the quality of products manufactured in composite materials. You will do this using electrical measurements.

You will also:

• Create reports according to a given template.
• Read and understand drawings and requirement documents in Swedish and English.
• Participate in development work together with other departments at Saab.
• Work with continuous improvements.

The position is located in Malmslätt and working hours are during daytime.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have previous experience in electronic measurement, but in this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities – we are looking for you who are driven and willing to learn.

You have technical understanding as well as experience from some form of workshop industry and/or quality work. You enjoy working in a team but can also act independently in daily work. We believe that as a person you are characterized by precision and a high degree of personal responsibility.

As a person, you are secure, self-reliant, flexible, and have an easy time learning new things. You are good at communicating and are a good team player.

We would like you to have:

• Secondary education or other relevant education – preferably with an orientation towards industry/workshop.
• Previous experience in metrological tasks.
• Previous experience in quality work.
• Basic knowledge of reading drawings.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience/knowledge within radio technology.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry and/or composite manufacturing.
