Do you want to lead technically advanced development projects in a dynamic R&D environment? We are now looking for a solution-oriented and engaged Sub Project Manager who wants to take a key role in our product development projects.

As a Sub Project Manager, you will work with:

• Planning and leading sub-projects within product development
• Monitoring status, risks, and deviations and reporting to the steering group and project management
• Ensuring that R&D deliveries are made according to schedule and goals
• Driving and monitoring the project's schedule, resources, and budget
• Ensuring that project processes and documentation are followed and developed

As a Sub Project Manager, you are a central part of the project's core team and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving deliveries within R&D. You work closely with project managers and development teams. Your work is cross-functional without formal personnel responsibility, where your focus is to create structure, engagement, and progress in the development work.

Your profile

For the position of R&D Sub Project Manager, we are looking for you who are a natural leader with the ability to create structure and drive results in complex projects. To thrive and succeed in the role, you are a clear leader who values collaboration and has an easy time building good relationships. You work in a structured manner and are driven by achieving results, while also taking initiative and seeing solutions rather than problems. You are communicative and feel confident in dialogue with various stakeholders, even in changing situations where the pace can be high. Your ability to maintain calm and focus contributes to you handling both change and periods of high workload in a good way.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience from industrial operations
• Experience in project management within product development
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
