Your Role

SAAB is expanding its operations within the Gripen system, and we are now looking for a new team member for our team in Tannefors/Linköping. The Aircraft Installation and Delivery department is a business unit that delivers new Gripen aircraft and performs maintenance, modifications, and repairs of the Gripen system, both within and outside Sweden.

In your role as Maintenance Planning / Maintenance Planner, you will be part of a team within maintenance planning and preparation, working alongside other planners/preparers, the technical office, and technicians.

In this role, you will work with:

• Preparation, planning, and ordering of maintenance and repairs for components in stock and in aircraft.
• Ensuring that spare parts and exchange units – both new and recycled – are ordered and delivered on time.
• Following up and validating data in our ERP/MRO system, AMOS, as well as in the customer's system, Fenix.
• Preparing and planning maintenance tasks.
• Material planning regarding spare parts and exchange units.
• Monitoring, ordering, and receiving component maintenance.

We have fantastic cohesion within the Aircraft Installation and Delivery department, where everyone works towards solving our challenges in a calm and controlled manner.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are structured, orderly, and have an analytical ability that helps you see connections between different processes and data. You enjoy finding solutions to problems and thrive with varied tasks. Since the role involves a broad network of contacts, you are skilled at collaborating with both internal and external parties and are comfortable reaching out to others.

We also look for you to have:

• Upper secondary education in engineering/logistics or previous relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience in aircraft maintenance within military maintenance licenses.
• Documented experience from business systems, primarily ERP/MRO, FENIX, Sherpa, and AMOS.
• Knowledge of the Gripen maintenance program.
• Completed familiarization course on the Gripen aircraft system.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
