The Head, Neck, and Plastic Administration consists of employees working at Örebro University Hospital, Lindesberg Hospital, and Karlskoga Hospital.

The position includes standard tasks for an MVA such as medical documentation, diagnosis coding, mail handling, referral handling, reception duties, and other common administrative tasks. We are a county clinic where we help each other.

We are looking for you who are trained as a Medical Care Administrator (MVA), Medical Secretary, or Doctor's Secretary. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in speech and writing. We value qualities such as good customer service, teamwork, initiative, and responsibility. Knowledge of the hospital's care systems is meritorious; we work in the journal system Cosmic.

Being involved in development and change work is seen as a natural part of the job. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

The Sensory Center operational area is a new operational area within Region Örebro County that includes the specialties of Ear, Nose, and Throat diseases (ENT), maxillofacial surgery, eye diseases, skin and venereal diseases, orofacial medicine (OFM), and plastic surgery. The operations are conducted at Örebro University Hospital (USÖ), as well as at the district hospitals in Karlskoga and Lindesberg. The purpose of the merger is to strengthen strategic coordination and create a common infrastructure, improve/optimize care flows and collaboration regarding care places, and create synergies, e.g., within the dermatological surgical center. We also see that this will strengthen the academic profile with increased research and coordination of support functions, and clarify and profile highly specialized care in the area of sensory organs - regionally and nationally. The new operational area will comprise approximately 420 employees, active at the three hospitals of Region Örebro County.

Örebro University Hospital (USÖ) is one of the county's three emergency hospitals where we provide advanced healthcare, research, and education.
