Case Worker for Missing Mail Unit in Kiruna
Do you want to work as a case worker in a service-oriented role with many points of contact? We are now looking for an employee for the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority's (PTS) Missing Mail Unit in Kiruna. Is that you?
The Missing Mail Unit handles the country's undeliverable mail that, for some reason, cannot be delivered to either the recipient or the sender. The PTS Missing Mail Unit in Kiruna handles approximately 200,000 undeliverable letters annually.
Start: August 26, 2025
End: January 15, 2027 with possibility of extension
Scope: Full-time (8 hours/day)
Location: Kiruna
Salary: 26,000 SEK

Job Description
As a case worker, you will process, register, and investigate undeliverable mail, as well as answer calls from the public and postal operators. You will answer questions and complaints from citizens regarding postal operators' service and other mail-related issues. A large part of the contact is handled via phone and email. The duties also include preparing for and participating in supervision matters when necessary. Together with colleagues in the unit, you will participate in other routine tasks and contribute to department-wide work and the authority's joint activities. Work takes place at the business office in central Kiruna and is performed together with other colleagues.

Requirements
- Upper secondary education
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of confidentiality and personal data
