Next Gen Construction, part of PART Group, is growing and is now looking for a Project Coordinator – Construction & Assembly who wants to help build our business forward.

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will have a central role close to both projects and business operations. You will work together with the Project Manager/Sales Manager and be involved throughout the entire process – from the initial inquiry to execution and follow-up.

The role is broad and developmental, with clear opportunities for further growth within project management and sales.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents
• Work with purchasing and supplier contacts
• Support projects in planning and execution
• Participate in tender and quotation work
• Monitor costs and contribute to profitable business
• Long-term: participate in customer dialogues and sales

• Structured and detail-oriented
• Motivated and eager to develop
• Commercially interested and enjoys taking responsibility
• Thrives in a role that combines technology, economics, and collaboration

Background

You might have:

• Experience from construction, assembly, or industry
• Worked with costing, purchasing, or project support
• Technical education (meritorious)
• Or be at the beginning of your career with the right attitude

Full-time, daytime hours

Location: Kalix, Överkalix, or Luleå
