Your role:

As a Business Developer at Boliden Aitik, you will hold a central position where you drive the development of our working methods and processes forward. You identify opportunities for improvement, support the business in change initiatives, and ensure that our processes align with our strategic goals. Together with managers and employees, you build strong bridges between the day-to-day operations and management's strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop the business's processes and working methods.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, support change projects, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with different parts of the business to identify needs and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effects of implemented measures.
• Contribute to the development and management of our management system.
• Coordinate and drive work related to ISO audits.

Your contribution:

We are looking for someone who is analytical, communicative, and skilled at building trust. Collaboration is important to you, and you see the value in leveraging individual competencies and perspectives. You have the ability to visualize and explain complex relationships. We see that you thrive working both strategically and operationally, and that you have a strong desire to make a difference in our operations.

Requirements:

• Relevant university education in fields such as economics, occupational health and safety, organization, or engineering.
• Experience in business development, change management, or project management.
• Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Office programs.
• Manual B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience in leadership and work within the industrial sector. We also view positively if you have experience with:

• LEAN.
• Agile working methods.
• Incident investigations.
• Process mapping.
