About the Job

Are you interested in customer dialogue, customer communication, coordination, administration, and service?

We need to reinforce our talented team at the reception inside one of our customers' test facilities right outside of Arjeplog.

The position is a full-time seasonal job (October 5 – March 31).

Role

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Booking of offices, transports, accommodation, etc.
• Assist customer personnel during their stay at the test facility.
• Ensure that information for customer personnel is continuously updated.
• Provide basic IT support for the customer's various IT systems.

We are looking for

You, who are customer-oriented and stress-resistant.

You, who are self-motivated, responsible, committed, and a team player.

You are very meticulous and have a non-hierarchical attitude.

You have computer skills and are used to working with the Office package.

Very good language skills in English are required (both spoken and written). Fluency in German is a big plus (our client uses German as their corporate language). Speaking Swedish is an additional advantage, but not a requirement.

A B-driving license is a requirement as the facility is not accessible via public transportation.
