As a Technical Specialist in CNC Programming, you will play a central role in ProCell's continued growth journey. You will work with programming, provide technical support, and develop processes, focusing on high precision and efficient production.

Your responsibilities:

Programming:

  • Responsible for CAM programming and calculating run times for new parts.
  • Ensure a high-quality transition into production for new parts through CAM programming and setup of advanced jobs.

Process and Business Development:

  • Drive initiatives for improved productivity, higher quality, and lower tooling costs.
  • Participate in strategic decisions regarding machine investments and technological development.

Technical Leadership:

  • Assist and train employees in reading drawings, machine programming, and machine setup.
  • Quality-assure production and ensure that high requirements are met.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to both the business's and your own development. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience with CNC programming and working with 5-axis milling machines and/or multi-operation machines.
  • A responsible and problem-solving approach, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good ability to analyze and optimize machining processes for increased efficiency and quality.
  • A strong interest in technological development and process improvement is a great advantage.

At ProCell, we are a close-knit team of approximately 25 employees in the workshop. We offer a technically stimulating work environment with modern machinery and high demands for precision and quality. Our workshop is located at Jägarvallen on Björklundsgatan 7 in Linköping, with good parking facilities and a convenient commute from surrounding areas.
