Job Responsibilities

As an Information Security Coordinator at the Executive Board Administration, your task is to support, coordinate, and develop the administration's systematic information security work. The role balances between strategy and operational work to contribute to the activity protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access, distortion, and destruction, while ensuring that the right information is available.

The role involves, among other things:

• Driving, coordinating, and developing the administration's systematic information security work.
• Providing support and advice to operations on matters concerning information security.
• Supporting operations in implementing adopted governance in practice and contributing to its fulfillment in daily life.
• Conducting risk analyses, classification, and procurement processes.
• Handling and monitoring information security incidents.
• Planning and conducting training initiatives.
• Contributing to ensuring our information security management system is alive and useful.
• Following the external environment and collaborating with internal networks.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

• Relevant university education or equivalent experience assessed by the employer as equivalent.
• Experience in information security work.
• Good knowledge of the NIS2 and CER directives and their application in public organizations.
• Experience with the ISO/IEC 27000 series.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience in leading or coordinating information security work in a municipality.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing operations' security work through, e.g., audits, self-controls, or follow-up models.
• Certifications or advanced training in the field.
• Experience in incident management and continuity planning.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-11-30. Start date according to agreement.
