Hansåkerskolan is located right in the heart of Stugun's community. Approximately 230 students from grades F-9 attend the school. Around 30 teachers and support staff work at the school. The school is organized into three work teams: Leisure time (Fritids), F-6, and 7-9.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hansåkerskolan is now seeking a F-3 teacher, placed in grade 1. As a comprehensive school teacher, you will be part of a work team with teachers and support staff. You will actively participate in and develop the school's pedagogical activities. The work consists of individually and together with the work team planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching based on the activities' goals. You will clearly work with our knowledge goals and requirements to motivate students and achieve good results in their development, both socially and academically. You use varied working methods and base your work on each student's thinking and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a current teacher's license for the position.

You are well acquainted with the steering documents and can translate these into learning that is understandable and meaningful to students. You have high expectations of students and their ability to develop, and you can capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning.

It is also meritorious if you have experience working with children who are in need of special support.

Experience in using digital tools for students' learning.

You have the ability to plan and organize both your own work and the students' work in an effective way and create a trusting classroom climate where all students get a say.
