Algeco is now looking for a business-driven and relationship-building Project Sales professional with a clear focus on modular solutions. The role involves working with complex B2B sales within industry, energy, data centers, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales processes, and taking deals all the way from initial contact to signed contract.

This is a pure commercial role focused on winning business in a market with strong growth, where you will become a key figure in Algeco's continued expansion in Sweden – with a special focus on the northern region.

About the role

Algeco delivers customized, technically advanced, and commercially complex modular solutions where people need to live, work, and operate during longer project periods.

As a Project Sales professional, you have full commercial responsibility for the deal. The role is a clear hunter/closer function where you drive the entire sales process up to the signed contract.

Once the deal is closed, a structured handover takes place to the project organization, which takes responsibility for execution, delivery, and economics during the project phase.

In this role, you will:

  • drive and own the entire commercial deal from start to finish 
  • identify and develop new business opportunities within modular solutions 
  • build relationships with decision-makers at a strategic level  
  • drive complex B2B deals with long sales cycles 
  • ensure commercial viability in calculations, risk, and proposal work 
  • negotiate and close contracts with customers 

You work closely with internal specialists in design, calculation, and project management during the proposal phase, but with a clear focus on sales and closing.

To succeed in this role, we believe you

We are looking for you who is a commercially strong B2B salesperson who thrives in a role where you independently drive and close deals.

You likely have:

  • documented success in B2B sales 
  • experience in project or solution sales (advantageous) 
  • a good understanding of complex sales and business-driven dialogues 
  • experience with calculations, margins, risk, and project economics  
  • experience negotiating and presenting to executive-level decision-makers 
  • knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act) (advantageous) 

Background in construction, industry, real estate, or technical solutions is advantageous – but the decisive factor is your ability to create and win business.
